After graduating he pursued his lawyer apprenticeship at “Sabino” Law Firm in Naples where he developed skills in private law, real estate law and credit management. He moves to Rome in 2005. There he opens and manages a second branch of “Sabino” Law Firm. During many years of activity he developed a deep knowledge in lease and real estate law, condominium law, contract and succession law. Lately he specialized in corporate law, especially for what it concerns its compliance with D. Lgs. 231/2001.
Starting from 2008 he has an advice column on a specialized magazine, where he gives advices and deals with real estate procedures related issues. Qualified civil Arbitrator since 2011.

She has worked as a legal advisor for “Dipartimento per l’Ambiente della Regione Campania” (environment protection division for Campania region), taking special care of any environmental impact related issue.
She also works as a consultant in one of most prestigious Naples notarial office, in which she mainly deals with issues related to levy of execution against chattels as well as real estate procedures, since she has been also certified from Naples’, Casoria’s and Torre Annunziata’s Courts as Official External Consultant for such procedures (in compliance with article 591 bis c.p.c.). Official Trustee (who takes care of the affairs of incapable) since 2009 and qualified civil Arbitrator since 2011.
In 2012 she takes part in BSTC Law Firm foundation, where she mainly deals with family law, real estate law and related procedures and environmental law, both in Rome’s and Naples’ branches.
